Q: I DO NOT HAVE A SPONSOR - How can I get enrolled with SEVENPOINT2?
A: If you do not have a sponsor you may enroll under our Holding Tank account. The Member ID # of the Holding Tank is 6 and the URL is: www.sevenpoint2.com/holding. Once you are enrolled under the Holding Tank the company will suggest an appropriate sponsor for you.


Q: I am enrolled in SEVENPOINT2 - my associates are having trouble finding my enrollment, can you help?
A: Log into your Back Office, verify Username or ID number and make sure recruits are using the URL address to your site. For example: www.sevenpoint2.com/(your info, name or ID)


Q: I am enrolled in SEVENPOINT2 but do not remember my assigned number, can you help?
A: If you remember your user name, you can log into your "Back Office" and view your Member ID # or contact Member services to obtain this information.


Q: I am enrolled in SEVENPOINT2 - I know my assigned number - but I am having trouble signing into the system, can you help?
A: Make sure you are on www.sevenpoint2.com. At the bottom right hand corner of the Home page is the log in button. Click the log in button; use either your Member ID # or user name and password to log in. If you experience continued trouble logging in, please contact member services.


Q: I live in Canada, Australia, (any where outside the US), I would like to become a distributor - how do I get started?
A: At this moment, our business focus is in the United States and its Territories. We are currently working to expand internationally. Currently, New Members need a US address and EIN or SS number to enroll.


Q: How do I get my Green's Tasting Party announced on the SEVENPOINT2 web site?
A: Please send your date, time, and location to support@sevenpoint2.com and we will have it posted to our corporate site under the Events tab.


Q: Are your ingredients "all natural"?
     Are the ingredients "organic"?
     Are the ingredients Sea based organic or land based organic?

A: All of our ingredients in all of our products are 100% Organic and completely land based.


Q: How long will it take from the time I order the product to the time the product is shipped?
     Where is the product being shipped from?
     Is the shipping within the US or from abroad?

A: Our fulfillment center is located in the Western United States. Once the order is placed, it will usually ship within 24 - 48 hours.

 

Q: I'm feeling Bloated after drinking the SevenPoint2 shake, is this normal?
A: Because of the natural fiber in the shake, some people may experience a bloated or gaseous feeling. Try using less product - Instead of using 2 scoops - use 1 scoop.

Once your body is comfortable with the new mixture - slowly add a little more shake over time until your lets you know the amount it can tolerate.

If you are combining the shake and the greens together and are feeling bloated - try mixing and drinking them separately.

SevenPoint2 is in the process of developing an enzyme product that will help the digestive track and ease the bloating / gaseousness. We hope to have the product available soon and SevenPoint2 will send out a product launch announcement.

 

Q: I do not enjoy the taste of the Greens, What can I do?
A: Try mixing the Greens with Orange Juice or Apple Juice or a juice of your choice.

 

Q: Are the 7.2 Greens raw?
     How are the 7.2 Greens processed?

A: The greens are processed using a low heat drying process. The grasses are harvested, juiced and dried within an hour with temperature not exceeding 106 degrees F and only at that temperature for less than 2 minutes. This method preserves the grasses freshness, enzymes, and nutritional content. Also, water is a necessary catalyst for plant biochemical reactions that includes degradation; removing the water will extend the shelf life of the harvested product. This of course explains the whole reason why people dry things.
